Plumpton Traditional Dance Festival

An afternoon in May
Marquee at Plumpton Racecourse, East Sussex.



The Dance Festival is led by Plumpton School and involves all the schools in the Chailey Primary School cluster. Each school presents dance displays of a different style of English Traditional dance. Current styles include Morris, Molly, Maypole and social dancing. The afternoon culminates in a mass dance and there is a ceilidh in the evening.

Note: The afternoon is a performance event open to parents and well-wishers.
